Not so great landing

This juvenile American bald eagle is still learning to fly and land, but unfortunately he landed in this tree and got himself into a rough spot. The branches were too flimsy and thick to hold his weight and he struggled for quite some time to get turned around and able to fly away. We were all so concerned for his safety, and was happy he was safe.
